The architectural plans contain everything listed in the contents - while the floor plans contain only the floor plans with rough measurements. Each floor plan contains a unique $59 discount code towards the architectural plans if you choose to upgrade to the architectural plans.

You may use the drawings for your personal project. You may not repackage or resell them.

Do these plans meet building code?

Building code varies in every state. Prior to building, you must make sure it is built up to code for your state. There are many varying factors like snow-load. Please consult an engineer or architect in your state.
